Why is the battery out of power?
After the engine is turned off, many dump semi-trailers and parts are still in operation. Many car owners think that after turning off the switch, the dump semi-trailer is in a stopped state. In fact, many devices are still in operation. It is common to see many anti-theft system modes. As long as the car locks the door, the system starts to work, and the power consumed is much less than that of headlights and other equipment. But after a few weeks, if the battery is not charged for a long time in the car and the battery storage conditions are poor, the battery will be out of power.
In the traditional impression, as long as the car key switch is turned off, all parts of the dump semi-trailer are in a stopped state. But the engine temperature is too high, even if the dump semi-trailer is in the off state, the car key is off, and the cooling system will start automatically. Only when the temperature of the engine system drops, the cooling system will automatically stop working, usually in a process of 3 to 5 minutes.

Forget to turn off the lights when locking the car
Parking without turning off the lights, the battery is overused and finally goes on strike. Now, many vehicles have automatic headlight locks, but there are still some cars that need to turn off the headlights manually, so remember to turn off the lights when parking to better extend the battery life.
What are the precautions for using batteries in winter?
- If the battery is not used for a long time, it will slowly release electricity by itself. Therefore, the battery should be charged every once in a while.
- Avoid parking in public outdoor areas for a long time. The battery must be removed to prevent ice damage to the battery.
- The storage capacity of the battery can be reflected on the dashboard. When the ammeter pointer shows that the storage capacity is insufficient, charge it in time.
- Add distilled water or special rehydration to the electrolyte. Do not replace it with drinking pure water, because water contains a variety of trace elements, which will cause adverse effects on the battery.

- Clean the battery terminal every time, and apply special grease to protect the wiring harness, and check the battery connection accessories and connections.
- Check the battery cover hole regularly for ventilation during daily routes. If the battery cover hole is blocked, hydrogen and oxygen will be generated to expand the electrolyte, and the battery shell will rupture, affecting the battery life.
- It is forbidden to use the dump trailer electrical appliances after the engine is turned on. Using the dump trailer battery without power will cause damage.
- Check that each part of the circuit is not aging or short-circuited to prevent the battery from retiring prematurely due to excessive discharge.
- Generally speaking, the battery life of a dump trailer is about 2 to 3 years, but modified dump trailer equipment can usually destroy a battery life. In winter, it is necessary to check whether the battery is operating normally.
